Amachree Some Telema whose stage name is Maayan Briston hails from Buguma City in Asari-Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State.
She was born on the 29th of May 1994. She is a tremendous singer who started her music career at a very tender age as a junior chorister in First Baptist Church, Buguma City. She however, started writing songs by re-fixing popular secular songs to gospel versions.
She wrote her first song in 2003. Even since then she has been working on series of songs.
She graduated from the department of Educational management and Political Science in the university of Port Harcourt (Uniport)
