Kap-G – Marvelous Day Ft Lil Uzi Vert & Gunna

Kap-G has teamed with Lil Uzi Vert and Gunna for “Marvelous Day,” a song from his Mood EP released Friday. The song was first previewed back in June. Lil Uzi Vert and Gunna share the chorus, while Kap delivers the first verse. From there, all three vocalists take turns chiming in, subverting the usual 16 bar verse structure to great effect.

Kap-G appeared on the 2017 XXL Freshman list. Last month, he shared “Pull Up,” a collaboration with Lil Baby, who like Gunna is a good friend of Young Thug’s. In October, he told us about his successful year in his On The Come Up segment. “My most proudest moment has been this year. I started at least seven or eight years a go or even longer probably.
