Camila Cabello has confirmed the rumors: Kane Brown will be featured on a new remix of “Never Be the Same,” dropping at midnight.When we were writing this song,frankdukes kept telling me “the melodies you’re doing make it feel like this could be a country song” !!!!! ever since we finished writing it i always thought this could be reimagined with a country artist.
It wasn’t immediately clear which format, if any, the remix was intended to find airplay with, since both stars currently have top 5 singles in their respective genres — Cabello, at pop, with the un-remixed verison of “Never Be the Same,” and Brown at country with the still-rising ballad “Heaven.
